Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return address and return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items returned beyond the return period, items that have been used or damaged, items without original tags or packaging, and free gifts are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
